Every family situation is unique and important. Here at CALM we put your family’s needs first.
We know being a parent can be hard. We know not all families look the same. We also know each family’s needs are different.
CALM provides a range of programs, services, and supports to empower families, parents and carers of children and young people. This service is funded by NSW Department of Communities & Justice (DCJ) with priority for families in West Lake Macquarie.

Family Case Management
There is no handbook for parenting and it can be challenging. But together, through our programs, skills and experience we provide a support network and offer practical tools to help parents flourish. Our team of experienced Child, Youth and Family Support Workers are here to offer:
- Case management support
- Information, Advice and Referral to access the best supports for you and your family
- Support to develop clear parenting and family goals
- Tailored parenting advice that fits your unique family

- Seasons for Growth Adult Program: exploring the seasons of our grief

Programs delivered outside western Lake Macquarie may attract a small fee for delivery.
